  • How do I book a course?
    1. Click any link to the Training courses page. 2. Choose a course. 4. To book with a credit card click Book Now. 5. If you want us to invoice your employer/finance department, please fill in the form on the Request an Invoice page 6. You will receive an email confirming your place once payment has been received.
  • What about cancellation and refunds?
    In 20 years we have never had to cancel a course, although it is inevitable with live courses that emergencies can rarely occur preventing speakers from attending. We have backup plans for such eventualities to ensure that you do not miss out on these rich learning experiences. We reserve the right to make changes to the program if this is essential but we always endeavour to maintain the high level of quality that these courses are famous for. If you need to cancel your booking: We will refund, less a 20% administration fee, if you cancel no later 4 weeks before the course. We regret that after this time no refund will be made. However, substitute delegates are welcome at any time but you must let us know the individual's name and email address by emailing
  • Are the courses live?
    All the courses are currently live webinars. A small proportion of the content may be pre-recorded specifically for the course.
  • What materials will I be provided with?
    Copies of all PowerPoint presentations will be available for three months after each course. Recordings of the course will not be available although recordings may be made for backup purposes for future courses. Please note that copyright of all PowerPoint slides belongs to the presenters.
